WHO IS IT FOR?

This program is perfect for you who are beginners or developing clients who are just getting started on improving your nutrition and lifestyle. The basics will be outlined here and we will leave most of the individualization for later.

 

However, those who consider themselves advanced would do well to review the basics first, even if just as a refresher.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

It is recommended that each habit challenge be conducted for at least 2 weeks. There is a total of 11 habit challenges available in this program, giving a total duration of 22 weeks.
